House 95 Guitars — Shipping Policy Overview

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • All instruments undergo a comprehensive pre-shipment setup and inspection by technicians.

  • Available Instruments are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom Instrument orders processing will vary based on build times. These processing times will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. 

2. International Duties & Customs Notice (Mandatory Clause)

  • Customer Responsibility: For all international orders, the customer is fully responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, VAT, tariff fees, and local customs handling fees assessed by their destination country.

  • Price Exclusions: Customs and duty charges are not included in the product prices or checkout shipping rates.

  • Accurate Declarations: All items are declared for their actual purchase value. Items cannot be marked as "gifts" or declared at lower values.

  • Refused Deliveries: If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping fees, storage penalties, or government customs fees will be deducted from the customer's refund.

3. Transit Times & Packaging

  • Instruments are shipped in specialised, reinforced heavy-duty guitar shipping boxes with neck support bracing.

  • All of our instruments for domestic & international shipments MUST be shipped in hard-cases to minimise the chances of damage & breakages. 

  • Standard domestic transit (3–5 business days), Express (1–2 business days), and International Express (5–10 business days).

4. Insurance & Damage Claims

  • All shipments are fully insured against transit loss or damage.

  • Transit damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos of packaging and damage.
