Refund policy

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations are the two pieces of legislation that set refund rights for consumers.

Our refund policy under the above regulation allows for a 30 day return policy. 

This differs for preowned guitars which we allow a 10 working day return policy from the date of ordering. 

All custom order products are not subject to a refund as the product has been made for your specific purpose. We will however provide a full guarantee should there be any fault with the product upon arrival. The buyer must let us know of this fault within 5 working days. 

If the product is faulty we will cover the cost of the return shipping and issue a full refund or a replacement product where possible.

If you have changed your mind and want to return the product and it has no fault, you as the consumer will need to cover the initial shipping cost, the return shipping cost and the card processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. This amount will be outlined in your refund email. This excludes all custom orders as stated above. 

All refunds will be issued when the product has arrived back with and has been inspected thoroughly. If the product has been modified or damaged, you will not be entitled to a full refund.
